According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 471 sales transactions worth AED1.87 billion on Tuesday, along with 70 mortgage deals totaling AED122.36 million and 14 gift deals totaling AED130.13 million.
The sales included 20 land plots worth AED316.57 million and 451 houses and apartments totaling AED1.56 billion.
The mortgages covered 23 land plots for AED53.56 million and 47 villas and flats worth AED68.8 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.1 billion.
