According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 574 sales worth AED1.76 billion on Monday, along with 110 mortgage agreements totaling AED275.8 million and 12 gift deals totaling AED41.02 million.
The sales included 45 land plots at AED451.55 million and 529 villas and apartments totaling AED1.31 billion.
The mortgages covered 20 land plots valued at AED122.57 million and 90 villas and apartments worth AED153.23 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2 billion.
