According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 568 sales worth AED1.32 billion on Monday, along with 72 mortgage agreements totaling AED673.74 million and 12 gift deals totaling AED30.06 million.
The sales included 36 land plots at AED141.76 million and 532 homes and apartments worth AED1.18 billion. The mortgages covered 23 land plots worth AED552.8 million and 49 villas and flats worth AED120.94 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2 billion.
