According to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 529 sales transactions worth AED1.89 billion on Thursday, along with 80 mortgage deals totaling AED133.23 million and 12 gift deals totaling AED48.36 million.
Today’s real estate transactions totaled over AED2 billion with the sales of 501 villas and apartments for AED1.73 billion, 28 land plots worth AED156.11 million, and mortgages of 72 villas and flats worth AED115.53 million, 8 land plots worth AED17.7 million.
