According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 516 sales transactions worth AED1.73 billion on Thursday, along with 71 mortgage agreements totaling AED596.74 million and 26 gift deals totaling AED503.85 million.
The sales included 61 land plots at AED235.09 million and 455 homes and apartments totaling AED1.5 billion.
The mortgages covered 63 homes and flats worth a combined AED537.64 million, 8 land plots worth a combined AED59.1 million, and a total of almost AED2.8 billion in real estate transactions.
