According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 593 sales transactions worth AED1.86 billion on Monday, along with 122 mortgage deals totaling AED595.16 million and 26 gift deals totaling AED247.18 million.
The sales included 37 land plots worth AED240.92 million and 556 homes and apartments totaling AED1.62 billion.
The mortgages covered 26 land plots for AED329.53 million and 96 villas and flats worth AED265.63 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.7 billion.
