According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 581 sales for AED1.89 billion on Thursday, along with 134 mortgage agreements worth AED485.02 million and 16 gift deals totaling AED168.02 million.
The deals included 43 land plots valued at AED492.5 billion and 538 houses and apartments totaling AED1.4 billion.
The mortgages covered 25 land plots for AED102.49 million and 109 villas and flats worth AED382.53 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.5 billion.
