According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 434 sales transactions worth AED1.83 billion on Tuesday, along with 86 mortgage deals totaling AED426.46 million and 139 gift deals totaling AED123.6 million.
The transactions included 37 land plots at AED889.15 million and 395 villas and apartments worth AED944.57 million.
The mortgages covered 66 homes and flats valued at AED160.06 million and 20 land plots worth AED266.4 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.3 billion.
