Dubai records over AED13.6 billion in weeklong real estate transactions

According to data issued by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), 3,244 real estate transactions of over AED 13.6 billion were completed for the week ending July 7, 2023.

According to the DLD data, 2 237 flats and villas were bought for AED 5.37 billion, compared to 323 plots being sold for AED 3.33 billion.

Two lands in Marsa Dubai were sold for AED 230.14 million and AED 230.14 million, respectively. Land in Al Thanayah Fourth was then sold for AED 130 million to round up the top three deals.

With 86 transactions totaling AED 249.21 million, Al Hebiah Fifth had the most sales this week, followed by Al Goze Second with 62 deals totaling AED 713.13 million and Madinat Hind 4 with 49 transactions totaling AED 70 million.

The top three apartment and villa transfers comprised a 420 million AED apartment in Um Suqaim Third, a 55 million AED apartment in Palm Jumeirah, and a 46 million AED apartment in Zaabeel First.

For the week, mortgaged property values totaled AED 3.02 billion. In the meantime, 196 properties worth AED 2 billion were distributed among first-degree relatives.
