According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 520 sales transactions worth AED1.22 billion on Tuesday, along with 72 mortgage deals totaling AED216.8 million and 15 gift deals totaling AED98.13 million.
The sales included 80 land plots at AED321.11 million and 440 homes and apartments worth AED902.79 million. The mortgages included 9 land plots valued at AED29.41 million and 63 villas and flats worth AED187.39 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.5 billion.
