On Monday, the Dubai real estate market saw 675 sales transactions totaling AED2.49 billion, as well as 24+93 117 mortgage agreements totaling AED518.57 million, 8 gift deals totaling AED19.9 million, and 24+93 117 mortgage deals, according to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The transactions included 134 plots of land valued at AED1.11 billion and 541 houses and apartments totaling AED1.37 billion.
The mortgages covered 24 land plots at AED247.07 million and 93 villas and apartments worth AED271.5 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED3 billion.
