According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 602 sales transactions worth AED1.86 billion on Monday, along with 104 mortgage deals totaling AED244.26 million and 18 gift deals totaling AED108.8 million.
The sales included 89 land plots at AED682.89 million and 513 houses and apartments totaling AED1.18 billion.
The mortgages covered 96 houses and flats for AED174.88 million, 8 land parcels worth AED69.39 million, and a total of 2.2 billion AED in real estate transactions.
