According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai reported 610 sales transactions worth AED 1.72 billion, 80 mortgage deals for AED 396.52 million, and 15 gift deals totaling AED 40.18 million on Thursday.
541 villas and apartments worth AED 1.4 billion and 69 land plots worth AED 320.33 million were sold, while 73 villas and apartments worth AED 340.42 million and seven land plots for AED 56.1 million were mortgaged, bringing the total real estate transactions to almost AED 2.1 billion.
