According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai reported 456 sales transactions for AED1.37 billion, 95 mortgage deals worth AED 324.38 million, and 15 gift deals totaling AED58.51 million on Thursday.
372 villas and flats worth AED766.13 million and 84 land plots worth AED603.18 million were sold, while 83 villas and apartments worth AED262.88 million and 12 land plots worth AED61.5 million were mortgaged, bringing today’s total real estate transactions to almost AED1.7 billion.
