On Monday, the Dubai real estate market recorded 625 sales transactions totaling AED1.67 billion, along with 101 mortgage transactions totaling AED276.37 million and 23 gift transactions totaling AED1.94 billion, according to data issued by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The total value of the real estate transactions to date has exceeded AED3.8 billion. The sales included 551 villas and apartments worth AED1.22 billion and 74 land plots worth AED452.11 million, while the mortgages included 88 villas and apartments worth AED255.91 million and 13 land plots worth AED20.46 million.
