According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the Dubai real estate market saw 552 sales transactions for AED1.42 billion, 78 mortgage deals worth AED 210.62 million, and 20 gift deals totaling AED 120.57 million on Monday.
The sales included 427 homes and apartments worth AED 878.57 million and 125 land plots worth AED 540.79 million, while mortgages included 72 villas and flats worth AED 181.38 million and six land plots worth AED 29.23 million, totaling nearly AED 1.7 billion in real estate transactions today.
