Dubai’s Off-Plan Market Remains Robust in Early 2025, Drawing a Broader Spectrum of International Investors

Dubai’s real estate sector retained its growth structure by 2024, with real estate transactions increasing by 35.5% compared to the previous year. This comes from a better home statement. 

The Emirates’ off-plan market continues to be strong starting in early 2025, attracting  more diverse  international investors. 

Data for comparison between January and February 2025, 2024  shows that Indian investors will strengthen their market position and increase their share from 19% to 28%.

Mexican Investors Join Dubai Property Market in 2025 as Indian Buyers Boost Their Share

Most notable is the emergence of Mexican investors, which were absent in early 2024 but now accounted for 11% of trading.

“The rise of Mexican investment represents a significant shift in Dubai’s real estate landscape, indicating growing interest from Latin American markets,” said market analysts.

Pakistani investors included a stable presence, with a slight increase of 10% to 11% of total transactions, increasing more easily. 

The investor pool expanded considerably in 2025, with buyers in Jordan, Canada, Lebanon, Morocco, Egypt, Austria, the UK, Albania and Italy each holding 6% of the market share.

“The sustained demand for off-plan properties is driven by competitive pricing, flexible payment plans, and strong capital appreciation potential. Iconic developments such as The Valley by Emaar, Dubai Creek Harbour, and Sobha One remain top investor choices, with select phases selling out rapidly upon launch,” the statement said.

Emirate Investors – Friendly guidelines, strategic global positions and infrastructure continue to consolidate their position as key investment goals. 

Over the course of the 2025 course, the off-plan market for investors is expected to be those striving for  long-term returns in Dubai real estate sector.
