According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 637 sales transactions worth AED2.19 billion on Monday in addition to 161 mortgage transactions totaling AED337.17 million and 17 gift transactions totaling AED94.67 million.
The sales included 61 land plots at AED653.87 million and 576 villas and apartments totaling AED1.54 billion.
The mortgages covered 30 land plots for AED80.48 million and 131 villas and flats worth AED256.69 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.6 billion.
