According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 495 sales transactions worth AED1.15 billion on Friday, along with 79 mortgage deals worth AED297.58 million and 6 gift deals totaling AED7.52 million.
The sales included 28 land plots at AED208.93 million and 467 homes and apartments worth AED938.02 million.
The mortgages included 17 land plots valued at AED83.79 million and 62 villas and flats worth AED213.79 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.4 billion.
