According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 613 sales transactions worth AED1.82 billion on Wednesday, along with 103 mortgage deals totaling AED975.3 million and 26 gift deals totaling AED915 million.
The sales included 69 land plots at AED656.79 million and 544 homes and apartments totaling AED1.16 billion.
The mortgages covered 16 land plots at AED146.31 million and 87 villas and apartments totaling AED828.99 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED3.7 billion.
