According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 669 sales transactions worth AED2.91 billion on Thursday, along with 134 mortgage agreements totaling AED268.19 million and 89 gift deals totaling AED101.47 million.
567 houses and flats for AED1.84 billion, as well as 102 land plots worth AED1.08 billion, were sold.
The mortgages included 30 land plots valued at AED90.8 million and 104 houses and flats worth AED177.39 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED3.2 billion.
