According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 465 sales transactions worth AED1.42 billion on Friday, along with 99 mortgage transactions totaling AED304.35 million and 10 gift transactions totaling AED197.84 million.
The sales included 79 land plots worth AED623.27 million and 386 houses and apartments worth AED795.02 million.
The mortgages covered 11 land plots at AED19.07 million and 88 villas and apartments worth AED285.28 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.9 billion.
