Safe Developers, a boutique real estate developer based in Dubai, has revealed Gardenia Livings in Arjan, a Dh150 million project.
Safe Developers is a subsidiary of the Silgo Group, which is a diversified business conglomerate based in Dubai with 40 years of experience. Shahzad Saxena, chairman of Silgo Group and co-founder and CEO of Safe Developers, was present at the launch, as was Rahul Kumar Gupta, partner at Safe Developers, and Amrit Saxena, business development director at Silgo Group.

Arjan is the location of Safe Developer’s Gardenia Livings project, which is a residential building worth Dh150 million. Over 55,810 square feet of amenities are included in the G+6 project. There are 156 apartments in the project, 90 1BHKs, and 66 2BHKs. Dedicated to creating an exquisite lifestyle within Dubai, Gardneria Livings will be completed in Q2 2023. The project is located at the entrance to Dubai’s Arjan, offering a luxurious residential setting in a lush, green environment.
Gardenia Livings features a six-story building, world-class architecture, sophisticated interiors for every need, consisting of 15 types of 1-Bedroom apartments and 11 types of 2-Bedroom apartments, each with maximum space, comfort, and luxury.

“Although Gardenia Livings is our first project, we are here to stay for long and we intend to launch two more projects in Dubai in 2022,” added Rahul Kumar Gupta.
