DLD: Dubai saw over AED 13.7 billion in weeklong real estate transactions

According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), 3,626 real estate transactions of over AED 13.7 billion were completed for the week ending July 14, 2023.

According to the DLD data, 2,410 apartments and villas were bought for AED 5.63 billion, while 618 plots were sold for AED 6.19 billion.

Three lands in Al Goze Second sold for AED 68.12 million, AED 67.92 million, and AED 67.56 million made up the top three deals.

With 271 sales transactions totaling AED 4.4 billion, Al Goze Second had the most this week, followed by Madinat Hind 4 with 45 transactions totaling AED 60 million and Al Hebiah Fifth with 142 transactions totaling AED 384.78 million.

The top three apartment and villa transfers comprised a Palm Jumeirah apartment for AED 116 million, a Madinat Dubai Al Melaheyah apartment for AED 74 million, and a Palm Jumeirah apartment for AED 71 million.

For the week, mortgaged property values totaled AED 1.53 billion. In the meantime, 96 properties totaling AED 426 million were distributed among first-degree relatives.
