Abu Dhabi’s Reportage Properties has released key offers for its ‘Oasis Residence 2 project’ at the Masdar City. The discount offer provides buyers with the chance to purchase a fully-furnished, one-room apartment in the project.
A down payment of Dh77,900 and monthly installments of Dh7,790 for 20 months are included in the offer, as well as a 70 percent payment upon handover and an exemption from service fees for seven years.
The ‘Oasis Residence 2’ offers about 304 residential units and is unique for its location right next to the My City Centre Masdar, one of the only shopping malls of Majid Al Futtaim in Abu Dhabi.

According to him, there is an increase in demand for Masdar City real estate. According to him, the list of Reportage projects in Masdar City contains about 1,556 housing units. There is the Oasis Residence 1, providing 612 apartments, the Oasis Residence 2, with approximately 304 housing units, as well as ‘The Gate,’ which adds 463 apartments, and the Leonardo Residence, which was completed about two years ago.
Suleiman said that nearly 42 per cent of construction work on the Oasis Residence 2 project had been completed, adding that his company will continue construction on all its projects as scheduled, as the project is scheduled to be ready and completed by the third quarter of 2022.
