A groundbreaking ceremony for Bay Residences, the newest waterfront addition to Hayat Island, Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah, was hosted by RAK Properties, one of the UAE’s top property development and tourism infrastructure businesses.
Sameh Al Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties, and Mohammed Al Tair, COO of RAK Properties, together with other top employees and members of Al Oroba Contracting Co., were present at the ceremony.
