In its Damac Lagoons master development, Damac Properties announced the opening of the Ibiza residential cluster on Wednesday.
Following the successful launches of Portofino, Venice, Malta, Nice, Santorini, Costa Brava, Marbella, and Monte Carlo, the most recent addition to the Mediterranean-inspired neighborhood.
Damac Lagoons has villas with 4-5 bedrooms nested on white sand beaches. Each cluster is specially created to capture the essence of the location it symbolizes and was created with the idea of the “Wonders of the Mediterranean” at its core.
Commenting on the launch, Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President of Damac, said: “The launch of the Ibiza cluster is a continuation of our desire to set new benchmarks in contemporary, communal living. Our goal is to create a place where relaxation, serenity, and wonder are prioritized and can blend into residents’ lives.”

The Ibiza cluster of Damac Lagoons is located on the Spanish island known for its thriving nightlife and stunning beaches.
For visitors to fully experience the vibe of the cluster, there is a Boho Lounge. A true tapas lounge will also be located in the Ibiza cluster, providing locals and guests with a first-class Spanish culinary experience.
The DAMAC Lagoons community, which is next to DAMAC Hills, benefits from being close to a variety of hospitals, schools, malls, and entertainment venues.
Damac Lagoons is the third master community development by Damac in Dubai, covering a total area of 45 million square feet.
