As early as Q4 2029, Omniyat will complete Lumena: an ultra-luxurious commercial workspace

Lumena, an ultra-luxury commercial complex situated on Sheikh Zayed Road in the Burj Khalifa region, at the confluence of Business Bay and Downtown Dubai, was inaugurated by OMNIYAT on Thursday. When the 48-story tower is finished in Q4 2029, it will establish a new standard for working conditions in the area.

Lumena, which has a gross development value of AED 3.6 billion, debuted on June 18 with a light and sound show at the Museum of the Future. From June 19 to 22, OMNIYAT’s architectural model will be on exhibit at Studio 12 at The Opus, offering a preview of Dubai’s commercial spaces of the future.
