The 182 apartments in the second tower of Aldar Properties’ boutique Reflection project are now available for sale.
With all units ready to move into during Q2 2022, sales will start on 13th February at Reflections II, located on Reem Island overlooking Abu Dhabi’s mangroves.
Reflection II properties were released following the successful sale of apartments in the building’s first phase. The second tower is being brought to market to meet the demand for high-quality, ready-to-move-in properties from both buyers and investors.
Studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are available to customers of all nationalities, and all are nearing completion and ready for handover. Prices at the project, which has 19 floors of residential properties, start at AED590,300 for studios, AED885,800 for one-bedroom apartments, AED1,327,000 for two bedrooms, and AED1,822,000 for three bedrooms.
