Aldar launches new museum-view apartments on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi

Aldar Properties has announced the launch of apartments at Grove District, a new at Abu Dhabi’s Cultural Epicentre on Saadiyat Island.

The three landmarks of the island—the Zayed National Museum, the Louvre Abu Dhabi, and the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi—are partially visible from the apartments in Grove District, which is a part of Aldar’s flagship Saadiyat Grove development.

When the project is finished, it will include 612 units spread over five residential towers in districts with urban, luxury, and luxury themes.

Grove District will be introduced in stages to buyers of various nationalities, with 102 studios, one-, and two-bedroom flats available in the first building (Grove Museum Views), which is situated in the district with a lifestyle concept. On June 25, sales will begin.

Grove District is Aldar’s newest residential option within Saadiyat Grove, following the successful debut of Louvre Residences Abu Dhabi, according to Rashed Al Omaira, chief commercial officer at Aldar Development. It is expected to add a new level of vibrancy and modern living to the Island.

“The new destination will attract residents seeking a lively community that celebrates art, culture, retail, and entertainment in all types and forms,” he said.

Sustainability has been incorporated into the development of the Grove District as a whole. With residential structures aiming to attain an Estidama two-pearl grade and an international LEED silver certification, units have been created to the greatest sustainability standards.

The development’s construction started early this year, and handovers are scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2025.
