Aldar Properties has confirmed the purchase of four Grade A office towers at Abu Dhabi Global Market on Al Maryah Island, marking the company’s second significant transaction of the week. This agreement was made with Mubadala Investment Co.
The four towers in ADGM—Al Sila, Al Sarab, Al Maqam, and Al Khatem—will increase the Aldar leasing portfolio’s total net leasable space to 180,000 square meters.
The DoubleTree by Hilton resort in Ras Al Khaimah was purchased by the Abu Dhabi master developer less than 24 hours prior to the announcement.
