In the third quarter of this year, 511 real estate valuation transactions totaling more than AED 3.35 billion were recorded, according to the Ajman Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation.
The Department’s Director General, Engineer Omar Al Muhairi, clarified that 179 valuation transactions totaling AED 113 million were made for real estate project units. The department also documented 449 real estate valuation transactions totaling AED1.21 billion pertaining to investor golden visas.
Al Muhairi went on to say that there were 97 commercial property valuation transactions, totaling more than AED2.56 billion, which was more than the AED453.6 million value of residential properties. Third place went to industrial properties, which came to AED288 million.
