According to data issued by the Dubai Land Department, 2,369 real estate transactions of AED9.9 billion were completed during the week ending July 6, 2022.
For a combined AED1.63 billion, 379 plots were sold, while AED4.26 billion was spent on 1,990 homes and villas.
The largest deal involved an AED80 million land piece in Palm Jumeirah, followed by an AED59 million land deal in Seih Shuaib.
The most expensive apartment and villa sales were an apartment in Palm Jumeirah that went for AED 73 million and an apartment in Al Sufouh First that went for AED 57 million. For the week, there was AED2.72 billion worth of mortgaged properties.
A total of 144 properties totaling AED1.35 billion were distributed among first-degree relatives.
