According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the Dubai real estate market had 445 sales transactions worth AED 1.06 billion, 76 mortgage deals worth AED 1.09 billion, and 10 gift deals worth AED 23.91 million on Wednesday.
411 villas and apartments worth AED 929.83 million and 34 land plots worth AED 133.98 million were sold, while 63 villas and apartments worth AED 856.87 million and 13 land plots worth AED 236.68 million were mortgaged, bringing today’s total real estate transactions to almost AED 2.1 billion.
