AED1.9 billion worth of real estate transactions were recorded in Sharjah in September

According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department’s (SRERD) monthly report, there were 2,299 total real estate transactions in the month of September, totaling AED 1.9 billion in real estate trading value.

Of the total transactions, 677 were for real estate sales in various areas of the Emirate of Sharjah.

The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department reported 2,299 real estate transactions of various types over the course of the previous month, with 677 sales transactions accounting for 29.4% of the total executed transactions, 299 mortgage transactions accounting for 13.1% of the total and valued at AED608 million, and 1,323 other miscellaneous transactions accounting for the remaining 57.5% of the total.

According to the given data, sales transactions were spread out among 90 locations in different Emirate of Sharjah towns and regions. With a combined area of more than 3.9 million square feet, the properties included residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural land.

More specifically, the category of traded assets included 297 transactions of tower units sold, accounting for 43.9 percent of the total transactions, followed by 198 land sales, accounting for 29.2 percent, and 182 transactions of developed lands, accounting for 26.9 percent.

The most traded region of Sharjah city’ list was led by Muwaileh Commercial, which registered 172 sales transactions, according to the data. Al Rigayba reported having 41 transactions, followed by Um Fanain with 38 transactions, while the Al Khan area saw 78 transactions registered.

Muwaileh Commercial also had the highest monetary trading value in Sharjah City, with a total trading value of AED164.9 million. Al Nahda came in second with sales totaling AED52.3 million, then Al Rifaah came in third with transactions totaling AED52 million. The Um Fanain area came in third with transactions totaling AED76.7 million.

Seven sales transactions totaled in the central region, with the majority of them occurring in the commercial sectors of Al Madam, Al Faw Agricultural, Suhaila 3, and Al Madam Industrial. Al Madam Commercial recorded the greatest trade value of AED3 million, followed by Al Belaida area with a total of AED2.7 million, and Refada area with real estate sales of AED2.5 million. These locations are the top in terms of monetary value. Deals with Al Faw Agriculture totaled AED 1.6 million.

Al Zubara and Al Haray industrial zones, Al Baradi 2, and Al Mudeife took the top three spots in terms of the volume of sales transactions in the city of Khorfakkan, with a total of 10 trades. While Al Mudeife neighborhood had transactions of AED1.8 million, ranking best in real estate trading value. Al Loleya area came in second with a value of AED1.5 million, Al Baradi 2 came in third with a value of AED1.2 million, and Al Zubara Industrial Area came in fourth with a value of AED899 thousand.

12 sales transactions were registered in the commercial areas of Soor Kalba, Industrial, Industrial Kalba, and Al Saaf in the city of Kalba. The highest trading value was recorded in the Al Baraha neighborhood at AED3.5 million, followed by Hay Al Kala at AED3.2 million. Al Ghail area achieved a trading value of AED1.8 million, followed by the Industrial area with a value of AED2.9 million.
