According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 508 sales transactions worth AED1.15 billion on Wednesday, along with 83 mortgage deals totaling AED737.29 million and 21 gift deals totaling AED84.81 million.
Sales included 448 villas and apartments worth AED920.51 million, 60 land plots worth AED225.21 million, and 66 villas and apartments worth AED183.26 million, while mortgages included 17 land plots worth AED554.04 million and 66 villas and apartments worth AED183.26 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to over AED1.9 billion.
