According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 469 sales transactions worth AED1.29 billion on Tuesday, along with 77 mortgage deals totaling AED190.01 million and 8 gift deals totaling AED26.82 million.
The total value of the real estate transactions to date has exceeded AED1.5 billion. The sales included 438 villas and apartments worth AED976.46 million, 31 land plots worth AED318.01 million, and 47 villas and apartments worth AED109.29 million. The mortgages included 30 land plots worth AED80.72 million.
