According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 528 sales transactions worth AED1.28 billion on Monday, along with 91 mortgage deals totaling AED169.72 million and 10 gift deals totaling AED23.06 million.
More than AED 1.4 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 457 villas and apartments worth AED 893.08 million, 71 land plots worth AED 387.16 million, and mortgages on 77 villas and flats worth AED 131.13 million and 14 land plots worth AED 38.59 million.
