On Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, the master developer RAK Properties has a 23-storey residential project ready. The property has 266 units and was built at a time when the city has a substantial need for new housing alternatives.
“Our goal with ‘Julphar Residence’ was to create a living experience in the heart of Abu Dhabi that offers residents the opportunity to enjoy a great location as well,” said Sameh Al Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties.
The developer has been finishing and launching new properties in Ras Al Khaimah, its native market. The developer currently has 3,000 residential units, 35,000 square meters of office space, and 25,000 square meters of retail space in their portfolio.
Real estate in Ras Al Khaimah has drawn a lot of interest from foreign investors. Aldar, which purchased already-existing resorts and a mall, as well as Dubai Investments, which is building a resort, have also made pledges.
