A super-luxury freehold mansion in Arada's Masaar sells for Dh20 million plus

Arada, a Sharjah master developer, has started taking reservations for a brand-new super-luxury cluster within its “Masaar” forest-themed neighborhood, with prices starting at Dh20 million. The developer claims that freehold sales in this price range have never before occurred.

“We launched this in response to the substantial interest and dramatic increase in demand for high-end homes at Masaar,” said Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada. “We are thrilled to introduce Sharjah’s first ultra-luxury community, targeting high net-worth individuals in the UAE and beyond.”

The fifth phase of the Masaar woodland project is represented by the new launch, which is called “Sarai”. The 36 mansions ‘comes amidst increased demand for ultra-luxury houses both in Sharjah and across the UAE’. These will be completed in 2025.

Moreover, Sharjah has simplified the procedure for granting freehold titles to property owners.

Masaar will cost Dh8 billion to complete, and comes with 3,000 residences over seven gated ‘districts’, all of which are linked to a ‘green spine comprising over 50,000 trees’.

First handovers

The first residences are expected to be delivered later this year at the project’s first three residential areas, Sendian, Kaya, and Robinia.

Masaar is situated in the developing Suyoh neighborhood, adjacent to Nasma Residences, Tilal City, and the Sharjah Mosque.
