A Dubai garden villa sold for Dh67 million

Another high-value sale was made in the luxury real estate market in Dubai.

A British high-net-worth individual purchased an incredibly well-designed garden home villa at Palm Jumeirah for a record-breaking Dh67 million in a single sitting.

The DHB villa is now the most costly garden villa offered on the palm.

One of the leading architects in the area, Naga Architects, created the 10,000 square foot, six-bedroom property, which was constructed by DHB Properties. One of the main features of the brand-new residence at Palm Jumeirah’s Frond G, which is now regarded as the Middle East’s billionaire’s row, is the Japanese-inspired Zen Garden, a Koi fish pond at the center of the luxurious property, a pool on the ground level, as well as a lap pool on the top level next to the master bedroom.

“A play on glass and water creates a movement of lights and shadows as the day moves into night. Floor-to-ceiling glass infrastructure ensures that all spaces are flooded in natural light with views of the sea from almost every part of the house,” said Riad Gohar, partner at BlackOak Real Estate.

Record-breaking garden villa

With an amazing business plan and leadership, BlackOak is a new generation of real estate company that is competing against the more established, larger businesses. By investing in a group of top-notch agents skilled in real estate sales, investments, finance, and markets, it has developed a very professional institutional-style retail brokerage platform.

“BlackOak was proud to work with DHB and Naga Architects to list such a spectacular villa on the palm. The attention to detail and the passion of the architect is truly visible when walking through the villa,” said Imran Sheikh, founder, and CEO of BlackOak Real Estate.
