Naresco Contracting LLC has been given a building contract for over AED 450 million by Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, for the primary construction of the upscale residential complex Central Park Plaza.
The most recent extension of City Walk, a well-known lifestyle destination in Dubai, is expected to be completed in Q3 2027.
Towers A and B of the residential complex, which have 23 and 20 stories, respectively, and 212 apartments, are part of the project.
