A new private island retreat with 30 suites and 40 private pool villas is about to open in Dubai. The new project, which is the first Maison of the hospitality brand in the area, was unveiled by Dubai-based investment firm Shamal Holding in collaboration with Cheval Blanc.
Residents of the UAE will also have the opportunity to buy a select few branded beachfront homes with easy access to all of Cheval Blanc’s amenities.
The project, which is scheduled to open in 2029, will be situated on the Arabian Gulf and surrounded by a conserved coastal setting.
The resort will provide upscale dining experiences and customized wellness practices.
The areas will elevate the experience of contemporary luxury while respecting the island’s natural surroundings.
This venture is a component of Cheval Blanc’s strategy for selective international expansion, which aims to establish unique travel destinations. As Shamal continues to select and create innovative firsts for the area, it also represents a stride forward.
