Majid Al Futtaim, the main shopping center, communities, retail, and leisure pioneer all over in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, provided that the work has begun on its Elan neighborhood at Tilal Al Ghaf, the milestone way of life objective by Majid Al Futtaim Communities in Dubai.

Situated at the junction of Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street, with a lagoon and white sandy beaches at its heart, Tilal Al Ghaf balances extravagance resort-style living with a new metropolitan inclination. The primary homes in Elan will be conveyed in stages beginning from December one year from now.

The obligation regarding acknowledging Majid Al Futtaim’s vision for Elan has been given to UNEC, an honor-winning project worker, and the profoundly trustworthy Arif and Bintoak Consulting Architects and Engineers.

The contract award for Phases 1,2 and 3 of Elan contains a whole of 916 premium three and four-bedroom townhouses with an agreement cost of about AED583 million($159 million).

On the project work, Majid Al Futtaim Communities CEO Hawazen Esber said: “Today we celebrate a pivotal moment as one of the most ambitious destinations emerges to create a lasting legacy in Dubai. Elan’s success underlines our market expertise, our responsiveness, and our commitment to delivering the right products at the right time to the highest international and local standards and design.

For more than a decade, Majid Al Futtaim Communities has been delivering aspirational lifestyle destinations across the region through the art of placemaking, enabling businesses to flourish and families to thrive,” he stated.

These destinations share a deep connection with the cities in which they are located, and continue to grow and evolve in character, culture, and desirability” he added.

In a proper validation of the desire for signature communities like Elan, each part of the project sold out within a week of being introduced, with every unit of Phase 3 bought up in just 48 hours. Elan’s appeal is witnessed through its variation, with over 55 different nationalities shown in the project’s ownership.

Hawazen said: “As a result of the bold steps taken by Dubai’s leadership to further strengthen the emirate’s attractiveness for those looking to live, work and invest in the city over the long term, we have witnessed a steady shift in demand from busy urban centers towards more spacious, family-centric neighborhoods in Dubai’s property market.”

Single-family homes, in particular, are seeing steady growth, as investors look to capitalize on current market prices, and families seize the opportunity to lay down roots and invest in their futures,” he noted.

Staying true to Majid Al Futtaim’s commitment to sustainable design and living, the community features walkable neighborhoods connected by a meticulously crafted network of green spaces, pathways, cycling tracks, and jogging trails flanked by evergreen Ghaf trees which are indigenous to the UAE and lend the development its name,” he added.
