Tuesday, Dubai Land Department (DLD) announced a change to its working hours in line with the new weekly work schedule that took effect on January 3, 2022.
DLD’s headquarters will be open from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm on Monday to Thursday, and from 7:30 am to 12 pm on Fridays.
In the contest to real estate service trustee centers, the official working hours will be 8 am to 8 pm from Sunday to Thursday and 8 am to 12 pm and from 4 to 8 pm on Fridays at Altabu Real Estate Services Trustee (in both Al Twar Center and Al Barsha Mall branches); Altaresh Real Estate Services Trustee in all its branches (Dubai Municipality – Zabeel, Dubai Municipality – Manara Center, Dubai Municipality Center – Al Twar 1st); Tasheel Government Services in Oud Metha; and Al Ameen Alaqaree in Mazaya Center – Sheikh Zayed Road
In Creek Tower – Al Buteen, Takhless Government Services will be open from 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, and from 9 am to 2 pm on Sundays. Work hours at Fixit Real Estate Services Trustee in Dubai Healthcare City will be 8 am to 5:30 pm Sunday through Thursday, and 8 am to 12:30 pm, and 2:30 to 5:30 pm on Fridays.
Tamleek Real Estate Registration Trustee (Tamleek Cube) in Dubai South will be open from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm on Friday.
