Dubai- Bella Rose residential project, which is the second project of Deyaar Development in Dubai Science Park is completed and they have started to hand over the project.
The project has in total 478 apartments and 12 retail spaces to serve the residents and other surrounding areas, with a built-up area of more than 600,000 square feet, which is as per the press release on Tuesday.
Moreover, the project delivers many studios and one and two-bedroom apartments in an 18-story tower with high-class resources.
The CEO of Deyaar, Saeed Al Qatami, said: “The handover of the Bella Rose project comes after a year full of challenges caused by the global pandemic at all levels, but our project team has successfully managed to complete the construction ahead of schedule.”
