Dubai-based Morgan’s International Realty has acquired the real estate brokerage and property management divisions of Arms & McGregor International Realty.
The real estate company, that focuses on the luxury market, joins sales and brokerage operation teams under Morgan’s umbrella to build a company of up to 45 staff members, that will relocate to a new office, the location of which is to be informed.
It will be headed by Elias Hannoush co-founder and managing director of Morgan’s, John Spinu, director of secondary market sales, and Hovik Kassis, director of primary market sales.
Makram Hani, founder, and CEO of Arms & McGregor said his firm will now focus its operations on digital transformation as well as development portfolio consultancy.
