If you have accumulated a significant number of fines in Abu Dhabi and are interested in transferring them to the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department for a discounted rate, a new smart service utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) is now available to process these requests instantly.

The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) recently announced this service on its social media platforms on Thursday, October 24th. This service is designed for motorists who wish to transfer their fines to the court to receive a reduction in the fine amount.

This innovative service is accessible 24/7 and utilizes AI to analyze and verify data automatically, eliminating the need for human intervention. The department shared a video demonstrating the efficiency and accuracy of this new system.

What is the service by ADJD?

The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department offers a convenient smart service that allows individuals to request the Public Prosecution to transfer traffic violations to the court to dispute or reduce them.

Once the court reviews the case and the final fine amount is paid, in some instances, individuals may also receive proof of cancellation of the wanted order. This service has recently been enhanced with the integration of artificial intelligence technology.

To utilize this service, follow these steps:

  1. Visit adjd.gov.ae
    2. Select ‘prosecutions’ from the top menu and then click on ‘Request to transfer traffic violations to court’.
    3. Click on ‘start’ and choose either Abu Dhabi Police or ITC, depending on the type of fine you have. For traffic fines, select Abu Dhabi Police.
    4. Attach a copy of the violation, which can be obtained from the Tamm website – tamm.abudhabi or the ‘Tamm’ smartphone application, available for Apple and Android devices.
    5. Submit the application.

By following these steps, individuals can easily request the transfer of traffic violations to the court, streamlining the process and ensuring a more efficient resolution of fines.

What happens next?

According to the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD), once you submit your application, it will be promptly accepted and the reduction or discount will be automatically applied by the court without the need for any human intervention. You can then proceed to pay the fine through the link sent to you via SMS on your phone or through the ‘My Applications’ page on the ADJD website.

Furthermore, you will receive confirmation of the cancellation of the ‘wanted order’ from the ADJD.
