Damac Hills 2 previously known as Akoya before Akoya Oxygen is a new residential development being developed by Damac Properties. It is situated in the desert of south Dubailand, which is about 40 minutes drive from the city center.
In June 2021 the Akoya community project was rebranded as ‘Damac Hills 2’ and a revised master plan was released with a stronger focus on leisure amenities, summed up by the new slogan “More water, more sports, more fun.”
Till date, many of the residential units are completed while a large number of leisure districts and amenities are still yet to be built.
Spread over 42 million sq. ft. Damac Hills is home to a variety of mix-use properties.
It is home to townhouses, villas, apartments, and hotels.
The masterplan as published in June 2021 depicts five leisure ‘towns’:

- Sports Town,
- Down Town,
- Equestrian Town and
- Motor Town.
