Between July 14 and July 18, the Ministry of Justice’s Department of Real Estate Registration recorded a volume of real estate trading in sales contracts of QR236,365,454, while the Real Estate Bulletin’s total sales contracts for residential units during that same period totaled QR 20,030,865.
The list of real estate properties traded for sale included vacant lands, homes, residential buildings, a residential commercial building, shops, and residential units, according to the Department’s weekly bulletin.
The municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Al Khor and Al Dakhira, Umm Salal, as well as the regions of Lusail 69 and Rawdat Egdaim, saw the highest concentration of sales.
Between July 7 and July 11, more than QR318 million worth of real estate trading in sales contracts was recorded in the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department.
